Misplace reach is undetectable client side reach and depending on settings undetectable server side so if your recording you can use 4 block reach and it will appear as if the enemy is 3 blocks away.

He just explained.. It makes your opponent look like they're closer to you even if you're using 4+ block reach. It's mostly used so you can look legit in your own videos.

Let's say you use 4 block reach without Misplace, people watching your video can easily see how far you're hitting the player, but if you turn Misplace on, it renders the player closer to you therefore making you look more legit. Keep in mind the actual player is still far, the change is only on your screen (client side). Basically don't worry about it if you don't record.
