For Hypixel, check this guide made by Merryzz, it has everything you'll need.
If you want a Chest Stealer, Inv Manager, Auto Hotbar, just modify the speed in between 70-120ms, it works fine

It should be there (if the screenshot is bad it's cause I got it from a video, I can't start my game rn)

Also the Blatant features shouldn't be used, whih one did you want to enable?
Most blatant modules flag on Hypixel or are easily staffed
