Is timer safe to use on hypixel at all? I was planning on using 1.02 timer because based off other settings it seems the safest.

1.02 timer should bypass

I've been using 1.05 and haven't been banned/flagged for it. Occassionally, jumping with jump 3 and attacking will rubber band me, but besides that it's safe in my experience.
