No, but interestingly enough, it decreases your invulnerability timer very very slightly. So you will be hit more. I still use it, because the advantage of (basically) permanent Speed 0.4 outweighs the cons.

Other timer effects include faster eating and mining (again, by 7% so very marginal).

when i use timer for eating on hypixel it lags sometimes when the animation is done and doesn't work unless i keep holding?
