I recommend you keep watching the Java tutorials. After than then move onto C++. What do you mean exactly by "What programs should I use to make ghost clients" Do you mean an IDE? If you mean an IDE, I think you should use Intellij for Java, and CodeBlocks for C++. You should continue to watch Bucky's tutorials for Java, but if you are willing to spend money, I recommend you read the book "Head First Java" for C++ I would continue watching Bucky's tutorials, or buy a course on Udemy or another site that offers courses.
