autopot w/ scroll

So, there's already throwpot, but what about one where it will automatically pot for you, whenever you reach X health, and it will pot you back up to Y health.

You can enable scroll for recordings etc, and I think it's better because you don't need to think about the need to bind and press a key.

The fact that you can't directly control when it will pot will make you miss a whole lot of pots. Trust me on that one.
