Account locks are not some temporary measure and they are not done arbitrarily. Accounts are locks permanent, they happen whenever there is an indication that the TOS may have been broken, such as account sharing, charging back, etc. Usually it's from possible account sharing, but if we are contacted about it we will determine if it might be a false positive or a misunderstanding.
As far as you not getting a response in an appropriate amount of time, my apologies, but since we only get a handful of locks per day we go over every open ticket(for locks) just a couple times per day, all at the same time. We cannot practically sit there all day doing nothing just waiting for any tickets about account locks to come through, especially when most are not false positives.
