It wouldn’t flag anticheat, but anybody who knows anything about cheats could pretty easily tell its fakelag, especially since you are low ping.

If well configured, it works fine even on low ping
+ we're talking about Hypixel, mods will never ban if unsure, like lag.

but will people know that im using it? and if so then what settings do i use so they dont know

Agreed, it shouldn’t ban at any point but I feel most people including me can pretty easily tell fakelag apart from normal lag, depends if you care about a reputation or not

I generally wouldn't use fakelag if I don't want to be called out, but if you really want to like a 2 offset 80 ms
