whats good velocity for main? can I even USE velocity on main without getting banned?

Will Hypixel's Staffs detects these: Autoclicker 10 - 14 Reach 3 - 3.1 velo 90 100 100 esp nametags cluctch scaffold legit 50 90

So recently i edited vertical velocity to something 90. But just an accident, then i go on forums and saw some people says never edit vertical. Now i changed back to 100, is that ok or anything wrong? -Side Questions- + What's the best autoclicker should i use, im currently using 12 - 16 but...
