stuck

whenever i load vape v4 it keeps getting stuck on stage 17/18 i have redownloaded and turned of my anti-virus while loading but it still doesn't work, why is this happening?

Hey, I'm a bit new to vape so sorry if that an obvious question ): so I know what misplace do, but what I don't know is what the sliders does, Like I think the first one is how it will look on your screen and the second slider is your reach is... I didn't touched it couse I don't wanna get...

So profiles is just no where on the screen, is there a way to fix this or a way I did this? its always been like this and I haven't noticed... It really sucks that I cannot use profiles cause they are not there. I hate having to redo my settings every time
