my mom bought me vape from official site on christmas sale 30% for 24.49$ ( PKO BANK POLSKI PRZELEWY ) transaction was successfull but i didnt get acces to download vape v4

I have a debit card that has more than enough money on it to buy this. I put it in yersterday, and it keeps on saying my card has been declind. Why is this?

'Failed to authenticate payment. Please use another method' I used card, right otp. I don't have any other payment methods. Help?
