When i click TAB in the top right there is a green dot and nobody else has one. But i have just seen another player have a green dot on the username. Does this mean they are also using vape or something?

So i bought the Vape full client. I use forge 1.8.9 with many mods, i follow the directions to inject the client and it works. But when i hit blatent mods 60% of them i cant use nor click on. How do i fix this problem i have paid for this but i don't have them.
