Use 9 to 13.5 they 15 is too high

only 3 to 3.1 bruh I haved used 4 blocks without getting banned and right now I use 3.5 to 3.85

what are good settings that wont get me banned I have around 30 ping I don't really care about my rep just don't want the ban hammer
