you will never get banned with this, i main bedwars 200+ stars and i used 3.3-3.4 reach, 80% horizontal velocity and max settings aimassist (10 hvel and vertical)

i just use badlion with anticheat off, its easy cause i have all the necessary mods in place and dont have to bother downloading them all manually like in forge, but people have their preferences. id go with badlion

yeah mmc has a REALLY good anticheat, probably the best out there. Pretty much autoclicker only, maybe very slight aimassist, like 2 hvel. Modifying reach at all gets you banned really quick, i had 3.0-3.05 and i got banned fast.
