so legit won't get me banned even if I use it for like years?

I want to use scaffold on hypixel but I'm not sure what settings to use or if it can even get me banned or not, I'm thinking legit with a sneak delay of 40-130ms but I'm not sure so if someone can help me out that would be great. My ping is 60-70 sometimes 100 and rarely 200-300
