When will Vape Lite be permanent purchase?

I already have v3 but v3 cant be injected into blc or any client, and the thing is I get way more frames in clients than in forge so I need lite as well. I'm not going to want to pay monthly for lite and really want lite permanently.
My question is: when will Vape Lite be permanent purchase?
and how much will it cost? will it still be the default cost?

If you want Vape Lite that bad, just buy it yourself. If you want to purchase it permanently to save more money, wait for a holiday sale (No guarantee)
I have Vape Lite for 60 days just for reporting bugs, I'd say just invest your time into looking for bugs.
