Vape V4 Outline ESP

This was an option back on v3 to outline the character which looked super clean compared to the other options, I started using esp not long ago and realised that Outline is not an option as theres only 3D, 2D and skeleton which are not bad but i would like a return of the outline esp.

Its not a bug, its a feture, you have a 50 / 50 chance to get outline esp
