Vape only launching on VPN

Please help me, I don't know what's causing my vape to be blocked, I've checked my wifi and my anti-virus. It only launches on a VPN

inject vape 1st then open vpn

can't inject vape cause it gives me the error, it only doesn't give me the error when I connect to a VPN connecting to America (I use BetterNet)
