Vape Lite ignore naked / anti-bot

Some of the servers anticheats spawn NPCs around you, and sometimes if you take enough kb aimassist can lock on them making you look blatant so an "ignore naked" option for aimassist / anti-bot option would be nice

Also esp and tracers work on the bots
