I think the best thing is to wait for support to reply to your issue

Your antivirus might be blocking it from running, or any app restrictor. check with anything that prevents the app from running, also check task manager

nah i dont have any antivirus i try turn off windows defender it didnt help, so it must be somethink diffrent

they are so slow, send 1 mail per day with ask for stuff i already tell them annoying asfck, i bought vape only for 1 month only 4 days ago

try reinstalling the latest version, and try disabling most of the stuff which you think might cause vape to not open. careful not to disable system apps. and try turning off ur VPN if you have one on

Did u check if the app was running in background using the task manager?

i saw in process hacker app is instaclosing with error indyfikator 1000
