Basically what I like about some clients' nametags is the font. I don't really like the minecraft font so here's how to make the font look better:
Use ESP with 2D with name and show background (background is optional), also make the actual ESP transparent if you don't want it
Then enable nametags and use 0 scale and that's basically it
