Trasnfer a 2nd vape?

So I Bought Vape for one of my friends and he has become a dick head and i dont want to charge back on the vape so i Would rather transfer the vape to one of my other friends if thats possible. because i also have vape and i dont want to get ip banned for charging back if any one knows anything please get back to me as soon as possible cuz i think contact is down rn

If you are no longer friend with him, you can't transfer the vape to another account.
