Reach in mmc

Does 3.05 reach is still safe in mmc with 30ms or 50ms? Backtrack is more safe but yeah just answer my question im just wanna ask.

reach is patched on mmc, more than 3.03 wont even deal damage & knockback the opponent. use backtrack lag based 50-50ms
