Pvp gym Settings

Could anyone help me with my Settings for pvpgym which don‘t get me banned
I‘d like to have Range, hitboxes, w tap or Block Hit

Reach: 3.1-3.2
Hitboxes: dont use it's blatant, use aim assist
Autoclicker: 12-16 blockit manual

autoclicker: 10-15
aim assist: whatever you want
wtap: its not that useful but you wont get banned for it

no you wont as I have been using 3.15 for a bit on pvp gym

Is there also a Setting for velocity which won‘t geht me banned in and Server

Velocity is detected on most good prac servers like mmc so dont use it
