Did you change your HWID/update it in the Vape settings? If you didnt change it in the Vape settings that may be the reason.

Also update your IP if your going on certain trips, etc.

Im no Vape expert but that may be the reason why it got flagged.

The only people that have the proper authority to unlock your account are the maintainers of vape. And if they're not getting back to you, then I guess you're fucked.
