'My HWID or IP update timer is on cooldown.'

when I log in, it says that, I have a pc and laptop and sometimes when I dont have access to my pc I use my laptop, I just used my laptop earlier and im on my usual setup now and i don't understand why it says that.

When you open the Vape Launcher it will automatically fetch your IP and HWID and attempt to update your account's credentials if they are (A) out of date and (B) the cooldown for the respective credential change is not active. If it successfully updates your credentials it won't present an error message or really let you know at all, it is meant to just automatically make it work for you with no hassle. So if you didn't update your IP or HWID manually and you are wondering why your credentials are on update cooldown, that is why.
