So after spending most of my soft gaming time on a decent laptop I decided to upgrade to PC.

This is my first ever build and I'm hoping for some feedback (pls nerds)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dygyzM

I'm thinking on an upgrade to GeForce 1060 and also for the CPU.

You should get an award for choosing ryzen cpu's. Good shit, most kids wouldve picked intel even though ryzen out performs intel by a lot. gg
I read something about Ryzen 7, but I'm not well inform any advises for the CPU and do you know if the upgrade to 1060 (6GB) is worth it?

Go on those pc nerd sites and ask there, you'll probably get a better, faster response.

Bad CPU. Low GBs on GPU. I'd recommend Intel. Try the I5 6400/6500 or I3 6100. If you insist on getting AMD (which performs worse), try either the AMD FX-8350 or the AMD-8320.

How is that even bad?

Whatever marcih said just fucking ignore that cause what he recommended was just really fucking stupid and such a terrible decision and I know some info on like pc builds and shit and good pc parts and I heard that Ryzen 7 isnt really much for gaming and its like more towards editing if that makes sense. Ryzen 7 series is more like a Intel Xeon and a Ryzen 5 series is more of a gaming / Intel I3/5/7 Series if you know what I mean. If you have the cash id really recommend getting this CPU https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8hwqqs/amd-ryzen-5-1600x-36ghz-6-core-processor-yd160xbcaewof . It has shown in its performance tests that this CPU is better in editing / gaming than any I5 CPU's out currently. The Ryzen 5 series is a beast and you should get it. But if not the CPU you have is perfectly ok for gaming aswell. As for the GPU its alright but you can go for a RX 560 if you'd like to. Its a tiny bit cheaper and has 4gb vram and has a low fan speed so its pretty quiet. Hope this helped

Thanks! This was the the kind of information I was looking for!
As for the CPU, the 1600x you mentioned is a bit off price but I forgot to add on the the post that I was going for the 1500x (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VtFXsY/amd-ryzen-5-1500x-35ghz-quad-core-processor-yd150xbbaebox) instead of the listed 1400.. kind of a little a upgrade..
What about the upgrade from 1050 Ti (4GB) to 1060 (6RAM) I mentioned before? Worth it?

Since the gtx 1060 is like 90$ more expensive i need to ask what type of games you play? if ur playing games like csgo , minecraft , overwatch , rocket league, LoL , Dota etc then just get the 1050 ti. If you're playing games like Rainbow siege , H1Z1 , Tomb raider , Battlefield, Upcoming titles, etc then yes go for the 1060.
As I mentioned before I'm playing soft games like MC and maybe CSGO/Garrys Mod, so in other words the upgrade is not worth it. Thanks, I'm making a new PCP link.. gimme some time

This is probably what I going to go for now.

I have a few questions since I haven't ever bought on here and as the thread says, this is my first build.
Do I need to include an OS version (which is like $70+) in the cart?
Do I also need to buy the wireless network adapter?
I've sent you the link, please fill me up if I need anything else so I can buy it ASAP, also I really don't like that case, any better one?

Probably it is, but since it is my first build it's okay I guess. Already have pay a lot for a Caribbean Cruise next year. Expensive but worth it, woohooo.
Probably because I have an Alienware Area 51 R2, but eh.
