Is the misplace in vape lite detectable by anti cheat easily / at all.

also what would be good misplace reach settings for 10-20ms

You can't know if he is using a Misplace or a Reach.

If you set your Misplace at 3.3 - 3.6, it will be set to 3.3 because it uses the minimun slider.
