ncp is weird. watchdog ofc doesnt ban for it, but ncp will give reg every now and then

not as bad as before, but still an issue when autoing 20 (especially with exactly 20-20) cuz when butterflying theres randomization that causes cps drops, meaning that ncp wont be weird. however with acing 20-20, theres no drops, so ncp will be weird
