The reason why I am using it is that mantheclicker can bypass Lunar client.

Mantheclicker is literally what it says it is, nothing more, nothing less. It's just an autoclicker. The same is found in Vape v3 and Vape Lite. Whether or not you get detected using Mantheclicker comes down to your settings and server.
