Manthe Clicker not clicking what cps is set to

I recently got a new PC and when I set Manthe Clicker to around 17-20 CPS, it clicks around 13-15 CPS. I later tried doing 19-20 just to see and it still only clicks 13-16 CPS. 15-20 cps is the golden spot on a lot of servers but I am unable to reach that with this issue. I dont know if its a bug or if it's a setting on my computer or if it's something with the version I downloaded but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

it does that with alot of autoclickers, its not a problem also, the sweet spot for most servers is 11-13 not 13-15 (i think)

most servers when you hit 15 you begin to take less kb but I constantly fall out of that range because of this problem.

I tried to use 11-14 and 18-20, almost no difference (1-2cps difference at the most). Mantheclicker isn't great rn
