Vape leaves strings in the javaw.exe just restart minecraft and you'll be fine.

reinstall windows

remove everything you can see in regedit

delete all vape files
clear your browser history and downloads
clear google activity (website)
clear your temp folder
clear all your mc logs and crash logs
clear your windows defender and antivirus logs and exclusions
clear everything with CCleaner
restart your pc and you are done
