Ideal closet/blatant settings for Mineplex/Hypixel

Hey all, hope you had a great christmas. I was just wondering what the ideal settings were for hypixel and mineplex, as those are the servers that I play on (please spare me from the "u play on mineplex? dats a trash server)".

yeah but set to what? velocity set to what? how many cps? I'm not a nerd with settings so I don't really know what is best, or how each hack works
