Hypixel Vape V3 settings

I get around 130 to 140ms and was wondering what I could pull off without looking blatant/get banned.

i'VE been using ka 3.9 blocks for a while now and not got banned
I got permed on my main because i bhoped a year ago on a leather i usually used 4 blocks with ka
