Hypixel V4 Profile question

So I noticed that the world profile searcher thing shows a top profile called Hypixel V4, so i checked it out and found that the settings are 3.8-4.4 or something like that. So I was wondering if this was a joke or something because even with watchdog you would get like insta banned

Hypixel limits reach to 4.2 so 4.4 is useless, anyhow. Watchdog can't detect reach at all and his staff never bans for suspicious hits aka reach hits due to possible false bans.

it's not. Hypixel limits reach to 4.25 and vape's reach bypasses with 4.25..
