How low can i put velocity?

I play hypixel at 25 ping and I use 50 velocity but I want to go down to 30 can I do this without being banned. Also w tap isn't the best but is there a certain lvl I can. Put it on to improve it?

50 months? i assume you dont play rsw and ur a random. Also you can use 0h 0v 100c but you will probably get staff banned.

Originally I used 60 then I was soundly beaten by the number one sumo player at the time so I moved down to 50 but now I wanna go down to 30/40

Aim assist maxed with check block break and aim vericly
Velocity 50 with water check and kite mode
W tap no changes
Auto clicker 1-2.5 with block break
All this is paired with koid
