Getting this weird visual bug, wondering if there is a fix?

There is this weird bug with Vape v4 that is causing to show me 2 nametags, the one from the visual hack, and the basic one without the hack. Here is an example: https://imgur.com/4sphMwu
I have no idea if this is happening to everybody, that's why I doubt I should submit this to the bug report thread.

Its not a bug, just the original nametag.

I'm aware of that, but typically (well atleast when I used Vape v3) it wouldn't show me the original nametag when I had "Nametags" enabled but would when I didn't.
