Depends on anticheat, on stuff like karhu & possibly polar yeah it will flag because fastplace is essentially a 20-20 no randomization right clicker and they've got right clicker checks.
On servers like mmc & hypixel you'll be fine.

Watchdog doesn't search for right clicker, you can use fastplace fine

if you want extra safety you can just use the rightclick portion of the autoclicker and type in "blocks" into the whitelist and use like 18-20 extra+
