Manual works in ticks, and in theory (from the visual option) for example with 3 ticks you can hit all 3 different positions
Lag based works in ms, and you can only hit the position from X ms ago

Lag Based is less detectable and more precise so it's preferable

If the anti cheat they use (idk about it) detect it, they might cancel your hits, but I can't say if it's because of backtrack or not

yeah pretty much every anticheat is better than watchdog, still dont know why they just dont buy agc
