Can't see my whole vape gui

I used to have a bigger monitor and now when i run vape on the smaller one i cant see half of my vape gui. i thought of reseting my profiles but i dont think i can since the commands tab is out of my screen. PLEASE HELP

Try changing the GUI Scale in minecraft settings.
