When i have auto armor on hypixel it just dissapires and i need to doulbe click to make it equip

it's equipped server-side not client-side, even if it's invisible it's on you just can't see it, but yeah it's annoying, the inventorycleaner and cheststealer are also bugged

You need to set high delay depending of the server.

that's not the problem, for example in hypixel sky wars sometimes if you enable the chest stealer and inventory cleaner before you drop down from your little glass cage, it just won't do shit sometimes even if you disable and re-enable the modules, i've had this bug for years

for me the chest stealer and inv manager is working ok with 150 ping

I guess it's just another user issue like many others I have with every single client
