Add a revive of the old Vape V4 GUI

Heyo, a lot of people miss the old gui and i already read manthes post about it only beeing there until v4.10 since the new gui was build on top of it.
So i thought about why not just taking the old gui and putting stuff like the legit menu, bind indicators and fixed rearview on in?
