account locked

My account got locked, I didn't know I wasn't suppose to share it, i wanted to share it with my girlfriend, is there anything I can do to unblock it?... we both want to use it, so if you unlocked it i'll buy one for her.
By the way if you unlocked it how do I know who can use it?... Thanks
