200+ms Settings help lel

alrrr so i live in the middle east and ping can go from 150-230 but its usually 213-227 for me and i need good legit hypixel settings for the updated ac

my old settings
autoclick : 15-19
AimAssist : 10v 10h
Reach : 3.1-3.4 100% chance all checked except misplace
velocity : 90h 100v jump reset 70% chance
Hitbox : 0.05

is it still playable?? if u have settings aswell plz lmk

Don't go above 3,3 reach and don't use hitboxes at all. The rest is fine.
