you can just use any 1.19 client and modify the settings, most of them have stuff for ghost

An actual 1.19 ghost client is prestige. I think it's injectable too, not sure if it has lunar support yet (but it's planned) and it has feather support.

Prestige is not injectable, however it can inject into fabric mods.

It soon will be on lunar. I reccomend buying it if you want a 1.19 client since that version is prestige's main focus. Vape V4 could still be half decent but prestige is way better.
