Aside from clickbait, there is no legitimate reason for him to release v5. The general trend I see in recodes is when a developer becomes much more experienced than when they started, they want to redo the base, which I don’t think is the case because v4 wasn’t even a full recode. I do think manthe is working on something big, but a v5 release is kinda pointless.

thats the point, releasing a big update under v4's name wouldnt make sense anymore. especially the new update will target a lot different things (1.16+ pvp modules etc.)

Releasing a big update under v4s name would make perfect sense. You don’t need a new version for 1.16 pvp, which only a fraction of users will use

Basically what Merryzz is saying is that releasing V5 would get more attention than just another V4 update. Personally I think V5 should be reserved for the future but releasing a big update now and calling it V5 wouldn't be bad either considering it would most likely get more traction and attract more customers.

blatant mods
scripting api
higher version mods

cosmetics, 1.16+ version support (not only injecting also including modules like crystalaura), blatant bypasses, more customizable keystrokes & pvp mods, fps optimizations
