Specify your game version, version of vape client (If you are using a crack then dont even bother replying btw just delete ur post) and client you play on (failing to launch on any client other than the default minecraft launcher is not considered as a bug btw).

You should contact support.
Just a note that if it crashes on stage 13 it means the client you're currently using is not supported and you should use forge/vanilla.
