Triggerbot settings and hitswap 1.21.4 200ms

The triggerbot+hitswap module isn't working for me because it acts like it wants to break the shield but switches to the axe and then instantly to the sword, which makes it completely useless. I play at 200ms and I don't really understand how to configure it. If you could tell me the best settings, I'd appreciate it.

Make sure you have shield check off on triggerbot
