Rubberbanding when using Speedhacks

I have been experiencing some lag back and rubberbanding when using speed hacks on certain servers. I tried all the different settings for speed but none of them work well. Bhop is slightly better but is unreliable. Any fixes?

Blatant modules are not a guaranteed bypass. Those are more just extra/for fun. Also, most blatant modules are aimed at hypixel. Vape is the best for bypassing anti cheats, but blatant is never a guaranteed bypass.
