do you mean if you delete the file? if you delete v4 it can still be found via recovery tools unless you restart your computer. idk know what you mean by the question though.

if you mean like your .minecraft files i don't think so, ive looked around and haven't noticed any files left by it.

if you close all your minecraft instances with vape injected and then reopen it it won't leave a trace
